About the Hotline

The RORZE Group places compliance at the core of its management policy. As part of strengthening corporate governance, we have reorganized our internal whistleblower system and established a consultation and reporting hotline for our suppliers. If you become aware of any act by an officer or employee of the RORZE Group that violates compliance or constitutes a human rights violation—or any act that may potentially do so—please let us know directly through the form below.

Please note that for anonymous reports, we may be unable to conduct sufficient fact-finding or take corrective measures, and we may also be unable to report the results back to you.

All reports are treated as confidential information. In accordance with our compliance regulations, every officer and employee of the RORZE Group protects the privacy of whistleblowers and does not tolerate any disadvantageous treatment whatsoever.

What You Can Report

Acts that violate compliance or constitute human rights violations—or acts that may potentially do so—as stipulated in the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Reporting Form and Recipient

Reports are received by the Compliance Office of RORZE Corporation.

* We strictly do not accept reports involving slander or defamation against officers or employees of the RORZE Group.
* Please refrain from using this hotline for advertising or solicitation of any kind.

Response After Reporting

After receiving your report, our staff will promptly send a confirmation of receipt to your e-mail address. Based primarily on consultation with you, we will verify the facts regarding the reported act that violates compliance or constitutes a human rights violation, or that may potentially do so. If the investigation confirms any violation of laws or regulations, we will promptly take corrective measures and work thoroughly to prevent recurrence.

Protection of Whistleblowers

We will not disclose your personal information to anyone other than those involved in this whistleblower system without your consent. Furthermore, the RORZE Group will not treat you or your employer disadvantageously on the grounds of having made a report.
